I take LLV and the probiotic everyday but I would love love some info (a Wednesday scope maybe ) on when and how you use all the doTerra supplements. I have researched quite a bit and am having a hard time figuring out when and how to use the rest of the line (especially while breastfeeding). This would also be super helpful for my biz clients and how to direct them (all soft gels included maybe IE when to use terrazyme over digestzen ).
Answer:
What I have found to be most effective and commonly recommend is this:
Terrazyme with any meal that's heavier or processed
Turmeric capsule: 1 - 2 a day, split between meals for regulating inflammation + oxidation
Digest Zen caps if stomach is upset - nausea or bloating (after a meal). If a chronic condition exists here - take a peppermint soft gel prior to meal
Probiotics (PB Assist) take at night but cycle on 30 days and off 30 days. In the off days - focus on probiotic rich foods such as sauerkraut. You can also take the PB assist jr which has different strains!
LLV every day - with each meal
Mito2Max: 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch - helps create clean cycles of energy and avoid afternoon slumps
DDR Prime if cancer runs in family - one a day with dinner
GX assist every couple of months for 10 days (gut cleanse)

The husband of a close friend is an EMS worker and was training to be a firefighter a year ago this past fall when he suffered a terrible dislocation of his shoulder (it went forward). Although graphic in some ways, a huge different in bowels! One of our builders has a 25 year old special needs daughter who literally goes 9-10 days without a bowel movement! This is probably one of the least understood doTerra products, we use daily, as well with our Candida Cleanse. I also feel like it helps with recovery from working out and the breakdown of lactic acid...I can't explain the science, I just know that it has helped me with recovery when I have used vs. when I don't use it, etc. Life would not be the same without Terrazyme!!!
I work with a functional medicine doctor on my team that teaches everyone over 30 that they must take digestive enzymes. Are body stops naturally producing them right about then. My daughter, who is a midwife, suffered with PCOS from her young teen years until about two years ago when I gave her the clary calm and Phytoestrogen.
