I keep my supplements in the pink tackle box shown above and I label each compartment.
I love this method as it's easy to pop the case in my purse or suitcase for travel and everything is easy to grab.
Morning: 20oz of lemon water and the following supplements: 1 x Terrazyme, 1 x Mito2Max, 1 MetaPWR soft gel (these don’t need to be taken with food)
Around 9am: Blend up a scoop of fat fuel coffee powder with a shot of espresso, 2 cups hot water and a dollop of extra grass fed butter
(I do this to stretch my fasting window … fasting from carbs/sugar + protein)
Around noon: Blend up Advantage collagen powder with 1/2 squeezed lemon (or tbsp of pure lemon juice) in 2 cups of water. I usually have this and then do a workout.
Around 1pm: have a smoothie (with vanilla whey + greens powder) or platter of veg, fruit, cheese + crackers. Take the following supplements: LLV, Terrazyme, Mito2max
Throughout the day I have 20oz water with 2 drops MetaPWR blend (in between meals). Total of about 130oz water daily
Around 4pm will often have some jerky with a keto bar and a decaf coffee
Will pop a MetaPWR gum or a few beadiest in the afternoon
Dinner around 6pm: Have Assist capsule 15 - 30 min before eating. And then take other supplements with dinner: LLV, Terrazyme, PB Assist
After dinner: If I’m still feeling hungry around 8pm … I’ll make a warm drink with 1/2 coconut milk, hot water, a tbsp cacao and some decaf coffee or chaga and blend it up. Or i’ll warm up some bone broth to sip on or the fiber powder drink is also nice blended in warm water like a tea. I try not to consume anything past 830pm to avoid impact on sleep and to give my body a solid 12 hr fasting window before I have fats in the morning (which continues my fasting from sugar/carbs/protein until noon)
Bedtime: I often take a Serenity Softgel and a MetaPWR soft gel
