Are you new to doTERRA oils or looking for some fresh diffuser blends to try?
Well you’ve landed on a fun place of my website!
I’m excited to share this collection of all the beautiful blends we’ve used in our home over the years …
I often will reach for bottles intuitively and then when a combination plays together perfectly, I give it a name and share it here with you!
Diffusing essential oils is often the way someone will begin their journey of utilizing the power of nature in their home + health.
And for good reason because diffusing is a powerful way to cleanse the air, create a feeling in the space and improve cognitive ability

Did you know that you’ll often be drawn to certain oils due to the strong connection they have with specific emotions?
👉 The Essential Emotions book can help you explore this more.
You inhale and before you even know what you’re doing, the pure aromatic constituents have travelled nerves that send messenger information to the olfactory bulb in your brain and basically says:
IT’S SHIFT TIME
Like many of you, I began my romance with pure essential oils over 15 years ago, through diffusing.
It’s how almost everyone starts … and a continuous wave of curiosity unfolds from there when someone experiences impact of removing harmful chemicals and at the same time humbly realizing that nature in its purest form is a much bigger deal than what you’ve been conditioned to believe.
✔️ My intentional, undistracted, best work begins with a few drops of peppermint + grapefruit in my office diffuser. It tells my brain what gear to shift into. And it’s one of the ways I radio signal to the invisible world that I’m up and at it again IYKWIM ✨
✔️ I say goodmorning to my kitchen with rosemary, lavender and lemon or lime
✔️ If you stop by in the afternoon it will be one of these on rotation that will have you asking me what that divine smell is: arborvitae + peppermint, sandalwood, lavender + wild orange or lime, grapefruit + clary sage
✔️ If we head out on the patio, the diffuser with citronella comes too. And when it’s time to say goodnight, serenity or lavender + fir do their thing.
A life that has moved away from the synthetic + artificial, will be evident.

When you diffuse these pure oils in your home, you will notice several things happen such as:
cleaner air
dreamier sleep
deeper connection
clearer breathing
emotional autonomy
Diffusing pure essentials is more than just pretty smells
I recommend that you diffuse 3 x day for about 30 min at a time …
Here’s what I typically diffuse throughout the day:
Morning blends:
3 drops each Wild Orange or Grapefruit + Peppermint
or 2 drops each Lavender + Wild Orange + Spearmint
or 2 drops each Rosemary + Lemon + Peppermint
Afternoon blends:
2 drops each Arborvitae + Bergamot
or 2 drops each Sandalwood + Lavender + Wild Orange
Evening blends:
2 drops each Lavender + Breathe blend
or 2 drops each Spikenard + Lavender
or 3 drops Serenity Blend
tip one:
Keep a bottle or pitcher near your diffuser for easy water filling
tip two:
Clean your diffuser once a week by adding a few pumps of OnGuard Foaming Hand wash into the basin.
Add a little water and scrub any residue with an old toothbrush. Rinse clean.
tip three:
Is there a blend you’re obsessed with? Make a custom 15ml bottle of it!
Grab an empty 15ml essential oil bottle and fill it with the listed portions of each oil in that blend.
Simply multiply the diffuser drops x 10 to fill a custom bottle.
Add a dropper to the top and add 3-4 drops into your diffuser!
Make sure you label your ratios that you used so you can make it again in the future.
To do this, I like to use stickers of each oil used and I just write the amount/portion of that oil right on the sticker
(you can purchase oil sticker sheets through your doTERRA store)
