🔗 CREATE YOUR CUSTOM LINKS: The Day the BOGO Sale begins, create your custom cart links for people to enroll with the BOGO Box! You can do this by using the link generator tool.
Running an Exclusive Facebook Group
FOR YOUR PERSONAL CUSTOMERS (or extended to your downline if your team is smaller)
Steps:
Create your VIP Facebook Group (make it private). Invite your personally enrolled customers (and downline if you’d like) and warm customers to join the group. Post a welcome message tagging all new members.
Create your marketing images including a cover photo for the group + daily posts. See our marketing folder here
Schedule posts for the week: Post 3 - 6 memes, oils tips, conversation starters prior to BOGO starting.
Post the daily BOGO deal as early as possible in the morning. Post 2 - 3 times each day to interact, sharing tips on how YOU use the particular oils. Use your resources books to share great ways! Consider doing a Facebook live video every day at a set time to create interaction.
Consider doing a Giveaway each day for everyone that purchases the BOGO. They can comment with an emoji once they’ve ordered and you can verify in your back office
Use this same group for future BOGOs! Just add all your new personal enrolments/warm customers.
Create a Pinned Post at the Top of the Group:

2-3x a year you will have special access to exclusive sales, promos and broadcasts. During the active BOGO week - there will be daily posts + giveaways!
The BOGO will be different every day & doesn't carry over to the following day. You can order daily. They typically sell out by noon! There will be a limit of 5 x BOGOs allowed per home per day. Some days the US warehouse offers a different BOGO than the CDN warehouse. Canadians can order the max from both!
On day 1 of the BOGO Week Sale, you will have the opportunity to order the BOGO BOX to receive the full week of deals and only pay for shipping once! Order the BOGO through your LRP cart (the Loyalty Rewards Program) & you'll earn at least 10% back in free product points if your order is over 50pv.
🛒 ORDERING: To order the BOGO through your Loyalty Rewards Cart: If you're already on LRP, then you have a monthly order template already in place. For BOGO week - you'll want to add an additional LRP order template just for BOGOs. So on BOGO day, you create a new LRP & add that day's BOGO oil to your LRP cart. It's smart to add enough of that day's BOGO to get your order total up to 50pv so you earn additional free product points! Then Click 'Ship Now'. After you've clicked the ship now button, go back to your LRP templates & delete that BOGO template you just shipped off. You'll do the same thing each of the 5 days of the BOGO week! (Your monthly LRP template will stay in tact for next month)
