Canadian Kits + approach are different than the US:
CANADA: 3 month wellness program that includes Immune, Relief and Mind/Mood. Covers off 3 foundational elements of wellness over the course of 3 months. Unlocks 12 products at 20% off each month (can choose 3). Landing page: doterra.com/CA/en/wellness-essentials-programUSA: 3 months of the same focus. For example: choose into Immunity and receive the neoprene bagged kit in month 1, different immune items in month 2 and more immune items in month 3. These program kits are all the same price of $75usd / 60pv (US) and $125cdn / 80pv (CDN)
Must order the 90 day program kits through LRP.
Small Footprint, Big Impact: Every kit comes in a reusable or recyclable bag!
Kits are big savings, include products you can’t purchase and unlocks additional products to add to their LRP at 20% off (similar to how LLV unlocks other supps at a discount). US will have 6 products that unlock at 20% off and Canada will have 12. Customer can choose 3 each month.
This is a ‘set + forget’ style program, where the customer could opt into a 90 day program and their LRP would roll out over the course of 3 months. But of course, they could/should login and edit their LRP cart each month to add other products.
The program would start again after 3 months if they don’t change their LRP
Current offerings: PAIN, IMMUNE + MIND/MOOD
Program kits include education! Within the neoprene bags there will be a printed education card, with QR code inviting them to a landing page which will have videos etc. They open the sleeve on the neoprene bag and the education is on the inside (with QR code)
There will be an email drip they can opt in to receive emails from doTERRA educating them through the 90 days. I will be uploading our team email drip to include info about the wellness program in the week 4 email. Team Drip
Frequent Questions:
Q1. Can a customer enroll with one of the Wellness Program kits?
No. A customer cannot enroll with a wellness program kit (yet). They enroll with an enrollment kit (or custom order) and then they can begin the Wellness Program the following month through LRP. More info on LRP here: www.hol-fit.com/lrpkit
Q2. Does the program repeat after the 3 months?
Yes. If the customer doesn't login to edit their LRP, the 3 month program would start over again.
Q3. How will the customers receive education from doTERRA?
Education will come in the form of: Optional email drip series based on that wellness focus (they opt in), and a card in their first month’s kit that teaches them how to use the products and invites them to a landing page!
Q4. What are the perks of starting the Wellness Program?
In addition to the bundled lower price point, customers will receive product points through their LRP, shipping back in free product points AND they will unlock other items they can purchase each month at an additional 20% off!! In the US, there will be 6 items they can choose from and order up to 3. In Canada, there will 12 items they can choose from and order up to 3.
Q5. Do you have to do three months in consecutive order? What if a customer cancels after month 1?
If you are just starting a program, you will always start by receiving the month 1 kit. However, if you choose to quit the program after month 1 and then decide to start again a few months later, the system will ask you whether you want to pick up where you left off or start on month one.
Q6. Are these Wellness Program kits permanent or limited time offer?
Permanent! And there will be new wellness program kits added throughout the upcoming year! You'll likely see 2 new kits each quarter. ie) Digestion, Skin, Green Cleaning, Energy, Kids, Pets, Sleep etc.

You have 3 types of people you take care of in your business:
#1 Currently enrolled customers not on LRP:
Visit out LRP Toolkit for guidance as you help your customers join our rewards program
Look at which customers you’ve enrolled that you want to reach out to about this new wellness program:
Go to Detailed Geneology in your back office and sort your personal enrollments by adujsting the filters to show you who is not ordering on LRP or ordering less than 50pv per month. I’ve attached a video below where I show you detailed geneology and how you can sort your data:We suggest that you run an incentive 2x a year for customers not on LRP, to participate in this 3 month Wellness Program. (see our annual collaboration folder for details on this)
#2 Warm market that hasn’t enrolled with you yet:
Visit our Sampling Toolkit to move these warm customers to enroll.
When you enroll a customer, invite them to subscribe to our team email drip which will send them an email each week for their first 3 months. We introduce them to LRP and these new wellness programs in week 4.
