I’ve been teaching in the holistic health space for over 15 years and I’ve seen a lot of trends come and go in that time.

I first started adopting a more natural lifestyle using aromatherapy about 17 years ago.

At that time, I didn’t know much about the industry but I was interested in reducing my toxic load by eliminating fragrance and learning about how to make my own products. 

Fast forward a few years later and I was given some samples of doTERRA to try.
They were a fairly new company at the time and committed to doing right by the plants.
