TRAVEL TIPS: before the trip
✔️ Order in any helpful travel supplies such as a travel steam iron, packing cubes, travel kettle etc. I have all my faves linked here in the Travel Shop
✔️ Plan all outfits for each day and organize together on a hanger or in packing cube. I often will try on and take pictures if I know my time will be pressed
✔️ Pay for TSA Pre-check to save time + extra hassle and no radiating scans at the airport
✔️ Clear Inbox + snooze emails until you return. Consider putting a vacation message autoresponder on
✔️ Clean out fridge
✔️ Have all laundry caught up and beds clean + made up (best feeling when you get home)
✔️ Clean appliances in + out and unplug them all
TRAVEL TIPS: during the trip
✔️ Order Instacart delivery to the hotel upon arrival. I like to order things that travel and don’t require utensils like: hard boiled eggs, jerky, organic cheese, crackers, guacamole, almonds, pistachios, oranges, dark chocolate, bottled + sparkling water
✔️ Diffuse Onguard + Breathe in the room to purify the air and spray down remotes with OnGuard spray
✔️ Pre-book Uber rides. Here’s $5 off your first ride (the AMEX Metal card gives you discounts monthly on Uber in addition to money back on purchases)
✔️ Pre-book restaurant reservations using Open Table
✔️ Pre-book meal delivery using Uber Eats especially for tight lunches in between business sessions
✔️ Use plane time to organize/delete photos (I like using my desktop to do this as my phone syncs through the cloud)

just a few things
THE PERFECT TRAVEL KIT
I love packing this Healthy Start Kit with me when I travel because it’s the Top 10 Essential Oils + Blends in small bottles (about 80 drops per bottle)
and it comes with a diffuser that’s super light and perfect for home away from home.
When you click the button below, it will open up the cart with this kit already in it.
You can also add any other items you’d like at 25% off to the cart … a few things you might want to add for healthy travels:
OnGuard softgels, DigestZen softgels, Serenity Softgels, OnGuard roller bottle and a Peppermint roller bottle.
TRAVEL MEDICINE KIT DIY
When my daughter Chloe and I went on a missions trip to Costa Rica last year, we taught a medicine kit DIY essential oil class the one evening.
We made the kits using these empty tins and put the label on the outside and tucked the usage card inside. You can print the labels using the Avery round template 5293
The kits turned out so great and provided enough of the right oils for solving some of the top concerns that come up while traveling such as sunburn, bug bites, immune issues, digestive issues + bug repellant. We put about 15 drops of each essential oil into these 1/4 dram vials.
I’ve linked everything for you below if you’d like to make these:

You may be wondering what you'll do with the oils when they arrive. But soon you’ll be asking ‘what did I do before I had them?’
